Return and Exchange Policy
At Orchid Mountain, we want to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. However, we have a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final.
Size Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached.
- The item must not have been worn, washed, or altered.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at aakashbmody1@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed.
Important Notes
- Exchanges are only allowed for a different size of the same item.
- Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size.
- If the requested size is not available, we will issue a store credit for the full amount.
- Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping a record of your return tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
